Child care rates at McKee as of April 2025 are:

• under 12 months $1,515.31/month
• 1  to 2 years: $1,405.03/month
• 2  to 3 years: $1,113.64/month
• 3 to 5 years: $1,046.60/month
• Kindergarten: $990.38/month

Part-Time

There is currently no part-time spaces available. 

Affordability Grant

Our program qualifies for the Affordability Grant.

The grant is deducted from the second month of care as follows:

• • under 12 months $1,189.06/month
  • 1  to 2 years: $1,078.78/month
  • 2  to 3 years: $787.39/month
  • 3 to 5 years: $720.35/month
  • Kindergarten: $664.13/month

All fees are now $326.25 under the new Government of Alberta Affordability program.

Late Fees

Fees are due at the first of each month. There is a $30 late charge for fees paid after the 10th of the month. There is a $40 fee on all NSF cheques.

Late Pickup

There is a $1.00/minute charge for any child left at the centre past 5:30 p.m. If your child is late, you will be asked to sign the late book, and 3 repeated incidences may result in termination of services.

Wait-list

Due to large demand, a non-refundable wait-list fee is in place.

• $100 for infant rooms
• $50 for toddler and older rooms

The infant room generally has a one-year to a year and a half wait, and toddler and older rooms can vary from 6 months to one year.
